Senior Commercial Business Partner
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Car Allowance
We are looking for a Senior Commercial Business Partner to provide key financial support to the management team. This role involves strategic partnering, budget and forecast production, and offering insights that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary finance partner for the leadership team, offering strategic financial guidance.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to assess market trends and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Provide support and financial analysis throughout the product development lifecycle, including preparing and reviewing business cases.
- Oversee month-end processes, including the review of actuals, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to address emerging business needs.
Requirements:
- Strong track record of partnering with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to connect financial data with business strategy, clearly communicating key drivers.
- Highly proactive, driven, and energetic.
- Experience in data-rich environments, particularly within the retail sector.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
