Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Hit the streets with door-to-door visits, leaflet drops, and direct marketing. Establish yourself as the go-to property expert in the community.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure both new and repeat business. Your goal? To be their first call when they're ready to list.
- Market Appraisals: Conduct precise market appraisals and valuations to maximise property listings and attract buyers. Accuracy is key.
- Property Marketing: Create compelling property brochures with top-notch photos and descriptions that make buyers think, "I need to see this place!"
- Client Management: Deliver exceptional service and manage client relationships with flair. Ensure everyone leaves with a smile (and hopefully a signed contract).
- Marketing Strategies: Employ a variety of marketing strategies to make sure your properties stand out. If it's worth seeing, it's worth shouting about!
- Health & Safety Compliance: Stick to health and safety standards. After all, we want to sell homes, not create hazards.
- Target Achievement: Work with the Director to meet and exceed branch targets, contributing to overall business success.
- Business Growth: Seek out opportunities to grow our market share and drive business expansion. Your initiative will help us reach new heights—literally and figuratively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Lister, Valuer, or in a similar residential sales role.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. If you can turn property details into poetry, that's a plus!
- Driven and resilient, able to thrive under pressure. If you can juggle multiple tasks and keep your cool, you're our kind of person.
- Eager to grow both personally and professionally, with a clear ambition for advancement. If "sky's the limit" is your motto, let's chat.
- Must have a UK driving license and own vehicle. You'll need to get around—public transport is great, but your own wheels will be even better.
