IT Development Lead - Up to £75,000
Kidlington (Hybrid role)
This a great opportunity to work for a global provider of essential components and solutions. You will be joining their digital development team and helping to guide their current development team in a fast-paced agile/scrum environment. As part of this role you will manage core software development, provide hands-on support, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver digital solutions and maintain applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the digital development team.
- Provide hands-on coding and technical support.
- Oversee hiring and onboarding for the team.
- Contribute to product design and maintenance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality.
- Support digital operations and organize sprint ceremonies.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive IT development and digital delivery experience.
- Degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience with technology service providers and agile project management.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, MySQL, Solr.
- Familiar with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Experience in e-commerce website development.
- Knowledge of integration with ERP software.
