Full Time - 37 hours Monday to Friday

£12.44 per hour plus

My client is looking for an experienced Operator to work on one or more of their sites based in Scotland.

The Role To ensure that through the efficient operations of the treatment processes AESOPs meet their business, commercial and statutory obligations.

Ensure that the process treatment operations are undertaken without undue risk to performance, quality and health & amp safety.

Also to ensure the continuous cost effective and safe operation of the treatment processes through process monitoring, adjustment, inspection and operation.

To assist the team leader to improve the efficient operation of the treatment processes by identifying process shortcomings and participate in the identification of solutions.

Must be: Very good interpersonal skills, Be able to communicate clearly, both
orally and in writing. Flexible - `ability to solve problems
quickly within defined parameters` Ability to be self motivating and
confident in all tasks set before them.Able to work well within a team
environment Is open, able and keen to take on
new ideas. Is willing to advance their technical ability for the mutual benefit of the
business. Be able to work outdoors and work with untreated sewage, sludge etc. Have a flexible attitude to work and
be able to think on feet. Have a high level of self-reliance but also be a team player. Be able to work in a physically
demanding environment.

You will be required to have drug and alcohol test for this post.
