Elevation Recruitment is excited to represent a leading high-speed printing engineering manufacturer in recruiting a Mechanical Fitter to join their team in Huddersfield.
Position Details:
- Salary: £33,000 - £37,500
- Location: Huddersfield
- Shifts: Monday - Friday, Days
Role Responsibilities:
- Fitting and installing mechanical systems and products to meet customer requirements and specifications.
- Working with a range of in-house designed chambers used in the printing industry.
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Collaborating with managers and other engineers on projects and problem-solving.
- Handling various materials such as carbon fibre, stainless steel, acetal, and systems like hydraulics and pneumatics.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in mechanical fitting and engineering.
- Ability to work flexibly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in diagnosing errors or technical problems and initiating best practice solutions.
- Strong command of using tools and applications.
