Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking an Event Coordinator to join their Marketing Department alongside the existing Event Manager.
The Role
As Event Coordinator you will provide essential support in the planning of both internal and client focussed events predominately based at their Central London office location. Responsibilities will include:
- Taking event briefs to understand requirements
- Pre-event logistics organisation
- Delegate management including pre-event communications
- External supplier liaison
- Organising events requirements such as F&B, giveaways, etc.
- Creating event collateral including badges and signage
- Providing general event administration support
- Assisting with event finances
- Live event delivery support
The Candidate
We are seeking candidates with a solid foundation of event experience, ideally from an environment delivering corporate event projects such as conferences, networking events and meetings. We will consider backgrounds such as client side, agency, conference organisation and industry association but all candidates must have proven experience in supporting across a variety of events. We are looking for high levels of attention to detail and professionalism.
