Our client in Basingstoke who are going through an exciting growth period due to being a start-up business beginning of this year are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their hard-working team and help push their growth to the next level.
- You must be able to speak fluent Spanish for this role*
Salary £35k per annum
- Monday - Friday
- 8am-4pm (some flex required)
- Enhanced Pension
- Working within a family feel business
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers on their online ordering platform
- Supporting the UK operations team
- Liaising with the South American Customer Service holdings team
- Support the on boarding of new vendors
- Manage existing accounts/customers
- Resolving queries raised by book delivery customers
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish speaking
- Customer service experience
- Zendesk experience
- Ability to accurately record data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
