Your new role
Working on a project in St Ives with the main focus on the scheme being the installation of Solar Charging Ports, they require a Site Manager for holiday cover.
As Site Manager you will be required to:
- Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications
- Measuring and quality checking building materials
- Carrying out site inductions
- RAMS reviews
- Ensuring programmes are followed and any deviation identified to the Project Manager
- Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them
- Keeping detailed records of work
- Liaising with contractors and site team
- Ensuring building regulations, health and safety legislation, legal and environmental requirements are met.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid is essential
