About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and highly organized Project Manager to lead the execution of Retail Display Programs across the UK and Europe. This role plays a key part in coordinating internal teams, agencies, and retail partners to deliver innovative, physical retail experiences—ranging from pop-up campaigns to long-term fixture programs.
Ideal candidates will have strong experience in retail project management, preferably within consumer electronics or leading creative agencies that work with large-scale retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of design, campaign, physical, and technical elements of retail display and fixture programs.
- Lead production activities for temporary pop-ups and evolving store experiences.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and tracking tools to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams (Channel Marketing, Creative, etc.) and external vendors (fixture manufacturers, graphic suppliers).
- Handle financial tracking: manage budgets, generate POs, and track spend using internal tools.
- Organize and lead regular vendor calls to monitor progress and meet deadlines.
- Support internal process improvements and help streamline workflows.
- Step in where needed to support team initiatives across a broad range of retail projects.
Required Skills:
- Direct experience in a similar role at a tech or consumer electronics company
- Background in an agency environment supporting large retail brands
- Experience creating or managing in-store displays and retail layouts
- Exposure to physical merchandising and fixture production workflows
- Titles such as Retail Project Manager, Retail Fixture Manager, or similar
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of retail physical project management experience within large organizations or agencies.
- Experience working closely with retail partners on fixture production and store implementations.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across stakeholders and countries.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and/or Google Workspace.
- Strong budget management experience including PO generation and tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and consistency in documentation and deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution ability, and team collaboration mindset.
- Experience in navigating complex, fast-paced, and cross-functional environments.
