Our expanding and growing Broking client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Handler to join their team.

This is a role that can be performed on a hybrid basis, working at home and in the office.
The Role:
As a Personal Lines Account Handler, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and clarity. Responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming new business enquiries and converting them into valuable clients.
- Offering expert advice on Home, Motor, Travel, and related risks.
- Ensuring full compliance with FCA, DPA, TCF, and MID regulations.
- Communicating effectively with clients via telephone, written correspondence, and occasional face-to-face meetings.
What We're Looking For to be an Insurance Advisor:
- Experience in personal lines Insurance, particularly in Household and Motor policies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be guiding clients through their options and providing clear, concise advice.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional service, with a talent for explaining policies in a clear and accessible manner.
- Ability to work well within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
