This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes football and knows all the teams, players, and kits from around the world. The role will be to work within the administration team and gain a Digital Applications SCQF Level 6 Qualification.
What's Involved?
The main role of the Administration Assistant is to work in the office area providing a great customer service to both internal and external stakeholders whilst adhering to administration duties such as:
- Becoming an expert on Zen Desk, ticketing software that allows you to update customers with latest kits & products
- Manage UK Soccer Shop account on Shopify where you will advertise products and process sales
- Using Microsoft Packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word for tasks and remain organised
- Monitor inventory levels in warehouse and order more stock and as well. You will provide regular stock reports
- Working collaboratively with other departments to support sales and administrative tasks
- Tracking customer leads and processing them into a sale
- Adding new products to company website via the Front System
