Teach Plus are currently working with a lovely mainstream primary school in the heart of Brent who are seeking an experienced KS2 Teacher. This school focuses to help all children to achieve heir full potential for their self-development. They ensure they communicate effectively with the pupils and staff to show values. As a KS2 Teacher, this school are seeking a candidate who is dedicated, caring and passionate to ensure pupil achieve to their full potential. You must have extensive knowledge of the curriculum to be able to tailor lesson plans to ensure meets every child's individual needs. You will be working alongside senior leadership who will provide on-going support for you to progress your individual goals.

As a KS2 Teacher you will be required to:

  • As a KS2 Must have a strong passion for education.
  • Must be experienced and have a strong working knowledge of the Upper KS2 curriculum.
  • Must have strong and effective classroom management skills.
  • Must possess the ability to work as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and a calm, organised work ethic.
  • Must have experience and understanding of organising, promoting and evaluating the children's learning.
  • Must be able to deliver well planned, well considered and motivational lessons, with experience of motivating and managing young children effectively.
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom and be able to accurately record pupil progress.
  • Must possess strong communication skills, appropriate to communicating effectively with staff, parents and children.
  • Must share our school vision and demonstrate commitment to our continued school improvement drive.

The ideal candidate for a KS2 Teacher will have:

  • Experience Teaching within KS2
  • Obtained Qualified Teacher Status - QTS
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Right to work within the UK
  • Overseas criminal clearance
