Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting a commercial business with the recruitment of a HR Advisor on a 10 month contract basis.
The role will be fully office based in Wickford. This is a broad generalist position offering variety.
You will have previous experience working as an Advisor and be able to manage a wide range of HR tasks, working in a standalone capacity.
Duties to include;
- Acting as the main point of contact for the business in relation to all HR queries
- ER casework, including investigation, disciplinary and dismissals
- Recruitment activity to include organising interviews, shortlisting candidates, liaising with suppliers
- Ensuring all employees personal information is kept up to date and any changes accurately recorded
- Preparing offer letters, contracts and induction packs
- Organising inductions plans for new joiners
- Obtaining references
- Managing staff engagement activity, organising events and hosting charity events
- Maintaining employee benefits administration
Previous experience operating at Advisory level with a generalist background, include ER is essential.
