To thrive in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative support. Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to problem-solve are essential. Your attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in using common software applications like Word, Excel, and Teams will be crucial. Experience in SAP and CRM platforms is desirable, as is previous exposure to the medical device or pharmaceutical industries. Knowledge of inventory management systems is also advantageous.

As the Sales Administrative Support, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily sales order processing and coordination
  • Maintaining business administration within SAP and CRM systems
  • Analysing sales data and generating relevant reports
  • Ensuring timely communication with distributors and customers
  • Coordinating with inventory and logistics teams to maintain product availability

You will also support customers, serve as a liaison between departments, and handle various tasks such as stock management and travel requests.
