Class sizes are a maximum of 25 to ensure all children get the one to one time they need to reach their potential.
As a HLTA at this school you will work with and support other TA's and work across a range of year groups so a confident HLTA who is able to develop people is essential.
The succesful HLTA must:
- ** Hold the Level 4 HLTA qualification or strong experience in the role
- ** Have recent experience working as a TA/LSA
- ** Have energy, commitment and creativity
- ** Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
- ** Have a positive attitude
- ** Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2024/25
