Customer Liaison Officer
Location: West Coast, Cumbria - Full UK Driving Licence
Salary: £23,920 - £28,080 dependant on experience/qualifications
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (core hours 8am-4.30pm - 30mins lunch) - Mon-Fri
Remuneration Package: 31 days holiday (inc 8 days bank holiday) uniform, laptop, phone & vehicle allowance/allocated vehicle
Building strong links within Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and the Health Sector to deliver refurbishment projects in the in the Cumbria and surrounding areas.
Our client has long term opportunities for Customer Liaison Officers on several social housing-based construction sites. Working on residential properties to renew and refurbish roofs and roofline, you will be the first point of contact for all customers on the scheme regarding property refurbishments.
Your duties will include:
- Liaising closely with customers and Scheme Managers regarding access and programme of works.
- Assisting and liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors and the client.
- Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations.
- Post pre-introduction letters to all tenants on the programme – introduce yourself to tenants as main point of contact throughout the scheduled programme and deal with any problems/queries that tenants may have.
- Completing pre-entry surveys on tenants' houses including taking photos/videos of internal and external areas that could be affected by roofing works front and rear elevations (internal ceilings in bedroom/bathroom) advise them of estimated start and completion dates.
- Keeping in contact with tenants throughout and on completion of the works to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Management of client systems and trackers (Iplanned/Mi Housing etc).
- Ensure quick and appropriate resolution of tenant claims/compensation requests – following the company procedure and escalation process on complaints that remain unresolved on site).
To be considered for these Customer Liaison Officer roles, you will need:
- A Full UK Driving Licence.
- To be honest, reliable, punctual with excellent time management skills.
- The ability to prioritise workload and work proactively with minimal supervision.
- To take complete care of company assets/vehicles.
- First Aid at Work (if expired to be covered by our client).
