RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities for the Data Integration Manage include:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive data integration strategy.
- Maintain and optimise Azure Data Factory ETL pipelines and functions.
- Lead the data integration with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
- Utilise Aperture Data Studio to cleanse data within the Azure Data Lake, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and align with business objectives.
- Document data integration processes.
- Ensure data security is maintained and data protection issues are addressed.

SKILLS

The Data Integration Manager should possess the following skills:

- Expertise in Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Functions.
- Proficiency in data cleansing and transformation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including SOQL.
- Proficiency in T-SQL, KQL, C#, PowerShell, and Python.
- Database administration experience.
- Knowledge of PowerBI, Aperture Data Studio.
- Experience using GitHub for source control.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in data integration, ETL development, and data management.
- Experience with legacy database migration and decommissioning processes.
- Experience working in a nonprofit or charity organisation is highly desireable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Developer, would be ideal.
