This employed Mortgage Adviser job in Stockton-on-Tees provides opportunity to receive 10 - 15 pre-qualified leads per month
The leads are for mortgages of £100k minimum and are all pre-qualified before being passed to you. In addition, you will receive local mortgage enquiries for clients in the local North Yorkshire and Durham area. Ideally, you should be flexible to undertake some evening appointments to meet the needs of your clients (flexible home working provided).
As an experienced Mortgage Adviser, you should look to convert a high number of leads and write good levels of business.
Mortgage Adviser Requirements
- You must be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- You should be a current or recently active Mortgage Adviser
