Commercial Finance Business Partner

Reed Accountancy are working with a leading company in search of a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join an expanding Commercial Finance team. This role is ideal for a part or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA individual with an inquisitive and analytical nature, ready to support our pump rental business unit with high-quality financial reporting and insights.
Day to Day of the role:
- Provide key branch and customer data reports utilising Power BI or similar
- Produce reports on performance, growth and productivity.
- Working closely with senior managers and stakeholders.
- Working and supporting with asset management accountant.
- Produce business cases for further investment including property, people, and product to ensure timely and strategic investments.
- Challenge current ways of working and drive efficiencies wherever possible, continuously improving working standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Partner/Advisor, or Financial Analyst role.
- Qualified or part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ICAW/ACA.
- IT & Systems for data analysis and manipulation, including advanced Excel features.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to undertake a range of financial and business modelling tasks.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Initiative to resolve issues and queries, and the curiosity to find answers independently.
- Proactive and forward-thinking with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
- A driving licence is advantageous for visiting different branches across the UK.
