Senior Broker - US Property, London, Hybrid Working

Aon is currently recruiting a Senior Broker to join our US Property team within our Global Broking Centre.
You will beresponsibleforco-ordinating and contributing to the marketing and negotiation of business within the Lloyd'sand Company Markets on a day-to-day basis.
This is a Hybrid role which will involve part office/home-based working.

What the day will look like
- Review Submission
- Lead quote broking / Follow market broking within Lloyd'sand European property market
- Present terms toclient/network
- Firm Order broking (PPL / wet stamps / email)
- Review draft / final MRC's for binding
- Send Cover confirmation toclient/network
- Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients
- Host client meetings
- Travel within the network when clients require it, including the Aon Property Symposium

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Provenexperience within the insurance industry at either a Broker or Insurer, with established relationships
- Technical Insurance knowledge across US Property markets
- Abilitytouse insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service
- Experience of managing effective client relationships and a book of business
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
