Customer Service Executive
Near Witney
We are looking for a
Customer Service Executive
to join a good client of ours.You will be working
37 hours
per week,
Mon- Thurs
8.30 – 5pm
and
Fri 8.30-4.30pm
- The salary is
£22,900, increasing to £24,000
after probation with a
further
£2000
discretionary annual bonus which is paid out on a quarterly basis.

We are looking for someone who pays
attention to detail, enjoys talking to people and can be proactive with their workload
- Working as part of a small close-knit team, you would receive full training and support. You should want to give great customer service and be looking for a long-term position.
Customer Service Executive duties (to include but not exhaustive)
- Order processing with accuracy and speed
- Provide excellent customer relationship management and go the extra mile with the service you provide.
- Give technical information on products/offer alternative products or upsell where necessary whilst understanding the clients' requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints amicably/professionally and with empathy.
