A well-regarded Local Authority is seeking Associate Educational Psychologists to deliver statutory and tribunal-related work within their Extended Educational Psychology Team. This is an excellent opportunity to engage in purposeful, face-to-face psychological assessment work, supported by a highly collaborative professional environment.

Your Role as an Associate Educational Psychologist:

  • Complete in-person psychological assessments for children and young people across a range of educational settings.
  • Deliver clear, high-quality psychological advice as part of the statutory assessment process.
  • Provide expert input into tribunal cases where required.
  • Collaborate with schools, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to develop effective support strategies.
  • Maintain detailed and professional documentation, ensuring timely submission of all reports.

What We're Looking for:

  • HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist - Essential for this role.
  • Strong understanding of educational and emotional needs, as well as SEND legislation.
  • Flexibility and confidence conducting direct and observational assessments in educational settings.
