Sales & Customer Experience Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time permanent Sales & Customer Experience Manager to join the team of an award-winning brand based in Bracknell, Berkshire.

About the role As a Sales & Customer Experience Manager you will motivate and drive the Sales and Customer Care team to achieve outstanding levels of service and drive sales growth. This role involves:

  • Managing a team of Sales Executives and Customer Care Representatives
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales success
  • Implement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of both departments
  • Ensuring that all customer interactions reflect the company's values and brand

Key responsibilities:

  • Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue from trade accounts.
  • Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to ensure consistent and exceptional service
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the customer service and sales processes

About the rewards The role of Sales & Customer Experience Manager is a full-time role working 4 days from the Bracknell office and 1 day from home and you will receive:

  • Competitive salary + commission structure
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

About you To be successful for the role of Sales & Customer Experience Manager, you'll have the following experience, personal skills and attributes:

  • Passion for generating new business and identifying business opportunities
  • Proven track record of managing and leading a team to achieve performance goals
  • Able to demonstrate how well you work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrable customer relationship management, time management and organisational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with demonstrable ability to use Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Have experience in the retail sector
