I have a brand new QA Engineer for a fast-growing software company that specialises in the heating/utilities industry.
They have built an online marketplace that offers its consumers direct access to the best heating/utilities products on the market, and have successfully installed over 150,000 products so far

Their platform is market leading and they have significant growth plans over the coming year and are expanding their engineering team and looking for a QA Engineer to help deliver outstanding quality for their customers.
The Role
- You will be a part of an agile multi-disciplinary team creating and shaping experiences across all of our Web, iOS, Android, and customback-office software
- Conduct testing activities for different product streams (on web and mobile)
- Liaise with both business and development teams to analyze and understand project
- requirements, devise test strategies and develop test scenarios
- Execute functional and integration tests & document test results
- Raise, track, document and escalate defects
- Write automated tests in Playwright (with JS), update existing test suite, review test code
- submitted by other engineers
Key Skills
- 3-5 years commercial experience in manual & automation testing across web & mobile – iOS and Android.
- Comfortable working as part of an agile, cross-functional team
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms is advantageous.
- Experience in JavaScript
- io framework or similar - TestCafe
- Agile delivery experience
- Good communication and character fit
