They are looking for someone who has a stable work history along with previous admin or customer service office-based experience, as well as a super organised individual!

Service Desk Administrator Duties:
- Answer incoming calls
- Dealing with inbound emails
- Creating quotes
- Closing down jobs and reports
- Dealing with customer queries
- Log calls for engineer attendance
