In short: We're insourcing a SOC from an offshore partner and require the help of a classic, consulting Business Analyst to assist in the transition process.

  • The focus is Security processes ie Incident/Change Management with technical workflow and monitoring dependencies encompassed into BAU service transition and continuous improvement with PIR.
  • Looking for a Consultant BA to take control of the project retrospectively; lacking documented scope and requirements whilst pushing ahead with ongoing collaborations to support in-flight activities that may not be limited to workshops, RACIs, maintaining inventories, transition planning incl criteria, etc
  • Performing necessary due diligence to ensure the project is fully documented across the lifecycle to afford traceability and audit up to and beyond transition into BAU, live and warranty. The expectation here is for the BA to augment the project with ideas on required documentation to align with best practice governance and for the BA to address consensus agreed gaps.
  • Some of the work at the initial stage may involve supporting the migration of unmonitored security devices across the landscape as they are not currently being monitored - need to work with Verizon and the Architects to complement due diligence around device inventory and qualification of options with the Solutions Architect.
