Customer Service Administrator - FMCG Company - Start ASAP
My client is a prestigious importer of wines. Based in a rural area, we are looking for a candidate who is looking for a full time position and who can offer support to this busy team!
In this role you will be providing sales support to the team, while also conversing with high net worth clients and overseeing their orders. You will be part of a team and together you will be delivering the highest level of customer service. An appreciate of wine is highly desirable and here is an outline of the responsibilities:
- Taking enquiries regarding orders, confident in making suggestions regarding the products
- Answering any queries on products
- Clear communicator who will liaise with both clients and internal teams
- Able to work quickly and ensuring the sales team are supported
- Ensure the sales administration is completed and correct
- Process sales orders, raise invoices
- Confident with using IT and databases
- Check on deliveries, handle any courier issues
- Help with events during the year.
This role is based between 2 offices, within close proximity therefore, you do need to be able to commute to both offices 2/3 split days.
Basic salary + up to 10% Pension= 25 days holiday & bank holidays (this increases with service) + staff discount
