Interim FP&A Analyst | Hyper-Growth Retailer | Brighton
Harmonic are proud to be working with a fast-growing retailer to find an interim FP&A analyst to join their team for a 6-month maternity cover.

The Role
As the interim FP&A analyst, you shall partner with internal and external stakeholders to steer the strategic and commercial direction of the business. Working closely with the CFO, you shall oversee the finance reporting function and provide critical financial insights through commercial analysis, forecasting, & budgeting. You will also track KPIs using data analytics tools to create visual reports and dashboards that effectively communicate insights to non-finance executives.
Responsibilities
- Partnering across teams to drive strategic growth
- Using data visualisation tools to create analytics insights
- Budgeting, forecasting, and modelling for commercial scenarios
- Creating and delivering insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Building out KPIs and Dashboards
- Assessing data accuracy and integrity
What we need to see (essential):
- (Part) Qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent
- Proven experience as a finance/data analyst
- Proficient across data analytics tools
- Product based/ Retail/ E commerce industry experience
- Fantastic Communication skills
- Pro-active attitude
What we need to see (bonus):
- Power BI/ Tableau experience
- Experience in an SME environment
Salary: £60,000
Location: Brighton (Hybrid)
Start Date: ASAP
