As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be the key finance contact for the on-site operations and commercial teams, playing a pivotal role in the company. Your insights and support will be essential in driving financial performance and aiding decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:
- Finance Partnership: Develop a strong commercial partnership with site management, providing critical metrics and analyses.
- Expert Guidance: Offer financial expertise on new initiatives, investments, and projects.
- Financial Awareness: Enhance staff understanding of finance and cost/revenue impacts to inform business decisions.
- Month-End Mastery: Own the month-end process, conducting detailed variance analysis and sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Results Presentation: Present monthly financial results to senior personnel and operational teams, clarifying profitability.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare the full-year budget, quarterly reforecasts, and a 5-year plan, complete with KPIs, for senior stakeholders.
- Balance Sheet Oversight: Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are accurate and controls are followed.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
- Audit Support: Provide comprehensive explanations to auditors during the year-end audit.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a Financial Analyst.
What We Need From You:
- Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI.
