Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client accounts and building strong relationships.
- Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth programme setup.
- Help implement recognition, reward, and loyalty strategies.
- Analyse programme data and provide insights.
- Prepare and deliver client updates and reviews.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client programmes with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or early-career professional interested in customer success.
- Basic understanding of SaaS platforms or related industries is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning.
