Panoramic Associates is pleased to be working with a reputable group of schools to recruit a Headteacher. This growing Trust is seeking an experienced and passionate Headteacher for their brand-new SEMH/ASD school based in Gloucester.
Working on a beautiful school site, you will lead the staff team to implement the highest quality standards, ensuring the best education is provided for their students.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Develop both operational and strategic plans
- Oversee recruitment of the staff team
- Meet business development targets
- Implement and review the curriculum to ensure the needs of students are met
- Review progress on an ongoing basis
Requirements:
- Headteacher experience
- Experience working in a school catering for students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs)
- A good Ofsted track record
