The Team

About You

  • As a Senior Associate or Legal Director (level depending, ideally 6-10 PQE), you'll bring ambition and charisma, poised to drive the growth of an emerging practice.
  • Strong understanding of derivatives and structured finance products, including swaps, options, futures, and other financial derivatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing financial transactions is essential.
  • Experience in reviewing and advising on transactional documents is crucial.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships are essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify legal issues, evaluate risks, and develop creative solutions to complex legal problems in the derivatives and structured finance arena.
