Our client is looking to hire an Engineering DesignManager who is electrically biased. In this position, you will play a vital part in helping drive the business forward as well as overseeing a team of talented Electrical Design Engineers.
As an Engineering Design Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a small team of Design Engineers
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the best quality
- Conducting assessments to identify potential project challenges
- Be involved with vital business decisions moving forward
- Be involved in the recruitment process
- Conducting performance reviews and giving feedback
To be considered for this Engineering Design Manager role, you will need the following:
- Experience in a leading/mentoring position
- Experience in Electrical Design
- AutoCAD Electrical proficient
- Experience in interpreting different technical schematics and report formats
In return, our client is offering the following to the successful Engineering Design Manager:
- £55,000 - £60,000
- Flexible working hours
