Job Title: Fulfilment Assistant (Christmas Temp)

Our in-house fulfilment team is the heart of this mission, ensuring customer orders are dispatched on time, every day. December is our busiest season, and we need extra hands to ensure gifts make it under the tree in time!
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable temporary staff to join our fulfilment team for the Christmas season. From mid-November through December, our workload increases tenfold! As a Fulfilment Assistant, you'll play a key role in making sure all orders are accurately packed and beautifully presented, helping us deliver joy to our clients' customers.
Your duties will include:
- Picking and packing physical stock such as Champagne bottles and branded gift vouchers
- Ensuring orders are beautifully presented in branded envelopes and boxes
- Working efficiently to meet tight deadlines during our busiest time of the year
What We're Looking For:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Passion for detail, quality, and cleanliness
- Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- Previous experience in a fulfilment role is a bonus, but not required!
Availability:
You'll need to be available every Monday from late November through December 23rd, plus additional shifts throughout the week. We offer flexibility, so whether you're looking for part-time mornings or a couple of days a week, we'll work with you to create a schedule that works for both you and the team.
Requirements:
- Must be over 18 (due to handling alcohol)
