We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join a large construction company.

Key Responsibilities and daily duties will include:

  • Minute taking
  • Checking time sheets
  • Site files
  • Data input
  • Knowledge of Sage would be useful not essential
  • Excel/word/outlook essential
  • Knowledge of Revit/Procore would be useful
  • Help with invoicing
  • POs

Skills needed:

  • Computer competence (MS Word, Excel, document, and finance management systems
  • Experience in the construction industry, and in the highways sector preferable
  • Good communication skills, with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Able to work as part of a team, and able to demonstrate a "can do" attitude.
  • A good team player, but also must be able to work on own initiative.
