We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join a large construction company.
Key Responsibilities and daily duties will include:
- Minute taking
- Checking time sheets
- Site files
- Data input
- Knowledge of Sage would be useful not essential
- Excel/word/outlook essential
- Knowledge of Revit/Procore would be useful
- Help with invoicing
- POs
Skills needed:
- Computer competence (MS Word, Excel, document, and finance management systems
- Experience in the construction industry, and in the highways sector preferable
- Good communication skills, with a professional and positive attitude.
- Able to work as part of a team, and able to demonstrate a "can do" attitude.
- A good team player, but also must be able to work on own initiative.
