You would be overseeing the process and systems tasks of the Administration function to ensure the delivery of an optimal service level of operational and contractual support.
Role details:
Title: Team Operations Supervisor
Start Date: ASAP
Pay rate: £13.89 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week (Full Time)
Location: Sittingbourne (Onsite)
Main Responsibilities include:
- Updating reports and oversee all KPI, overtime and on call activities
- Support with investigations for customer complaints and escalate where appropriate.
- Updating policy and procedure documentation, communicating any changes.
- Main point of contact for questions/clarification regarding policy and procedure
- Support with CRM systems and User testing.
- Supporting the day to day running of the Operations function
Person Specification:
- Excellent understanding of customer service/ patient issues.
- Complaint handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of excel
- Confident communicator both written and verbal.
- Proactive with an ability to prioritise tasks and escalations.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
