Contract: Job Share Contract 0.4 FTE, 16 Hours over 2 days out of 7.

Salary £15,704 (FTE Salary £39,260, 31 Days annual leave & Pension Pro rata)

This is an opportunity to work as part of a job share, a leadership role, working 2 days for a leading high street fashion retailer.

The Department Manager Role: To manage a group of team leaders to drive sales in your department while delivering a great customer experience and store environment. Collaborate with the store management team to support the daily running of the store and develop a high performing and engaged retail team. Motivate and organise your team to provide exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.

  • Ability to guide and support a team to achieve results
