This leading and growing hospitality business have an opening for a Commercial Finance Manager to join the wider Finance team working at head office but reviewing the operational costs across all business areas from head office to hotel to spa and restaurants.
Working with senior colleagues theCommercial Finance Manager will play a key role to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency so an analytical and proactive mind with previous Finance experience is required.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Commercial Finance Manager:
- Work with heads of departments toto review costs and identify saving opportunities and then implement these initiatives.
- Analyse financial data, conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to test possible outcomes of change.
- Support Commercial Director in negotiating with suppliers, ensuring the best quality and value.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and successful implementations to ensure cost savings are realised.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous background in finance and financial analysis
- Highly analytical with the ability to review P&L documents, other financial data and to spot potential opportunities to make costs savings
- Excellent stakeholder communication - written, verbal and in-person
- Background in hospitality preferred but not essential
