Southampton/ Hybrid working is available

Hours of work:

You will work a shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off and work 12-hour shifts between the hours of 7am and 8pm

Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established service provider who is based in the Southampton area

Due to company growth plans our client is now looking for an Administrator / Coordinator to join their service team

As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting various business customers with their need to arrange a service visit

You will be responsible for allocating requests for work to be completed and manage the process from start to completion. You will be responsible for managing all of the administration to support with the above also

This role is office based within the Service Desk at the Southampton head offices and will require you to communicate with internal departments as well as a field-based team of Technicians / engineers externally

As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:

  • Allocating Jobs and service visits to third parties – managing the organisation from the initial enquiry through to completion
  • Coordinating with Technicians and engineers to schedule work into the diaries and to meet SLA agreements
  • Liaising with technicians and engineers to ensure jobs have been received and SLA's can be achieved.
  • Reallocating work as required due to changing workloads and changes with clients
  • Raising awareness where you believe that work may not be completed within agreed timeframes / meeting SLA agreements
  • Scheduling installation calls with the Project Installation Team and manage diaries
  • Completing all round administration including, uploading jobs to be completed, allocating appointments using a diary system , typing and sending documentation , managing external documents IE travel arrangements , fuel , timesheets
  • Assisting clients via email and on the telephone where required
  • Typing and sending of emails
  • Stock management – ensuring that your engineers and technicians have their materials and stock to complete the required work

The ideal Coordinator will have / Be

  • Able to support a client from start to finish and anything in between
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and in writing
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work as an individual but also as part of a team.
