I am recruiting for a leading Warrington town centre-based organisation who run a hub offering activities, social events, and training for residents of Warrington who are 50 years old and over.
Basically, my client is like a youth club for the elderly, and they are in a position to recruit on a 6-month contract basis a Community Hub Assistant Customer Service Advisor with a view to potentially making the role permanent for the successful candidate.

Role Purpose:
Providing and developing a broad range of opportunities for older people to connect, learn, be active and enjoy life through being engaged in activities across Warrington. Working from the town centre hub you will manage the day to day running of the centre, activities, and volunteers.
Duties:
- Assist in the day to day running and sustainability of activities.
- Co-ordinating and supporting all members, visitors, volunteers, and all colleagues.
- Assist in delivering events and activities from the central hub.
- Provide an effective, efficient, and well managed reception service and provide administrative support.
- Responsibility for the collection of payments.
- Maintaining accurate databases and collating data and information.
- Assist in Maintaining housekeeping standards.
Specification:
- Proactive and self-motivated with good attention to detail. Communicative and friendly.
- Administration experience.
- Working with people in a community setting
- Proven experience of assisting in delivering excellent customer service.
