The role will see you work alongside hardworking and committed teams who strive to get the best outcome for young people with a learning disability. The programme aims to get young people into paid work and the role will play an important part in ensuring the programme runs efficiently and effectively and can continue to get the best outcomes for people. The role is full-time
100% office based
(37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday). The role will work to support teams across London based primarily at the Islington site with travel to other London sites required.
You must be willing to make this travel.
In this role you will provide administrative support for teams, working closely with the manager to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting of financial claims and payments. Key responsibilities include:
- Raising invoices, processing application and completing claims paperwork
- Updating databases to maintain accurate records
- Monitoring information on training compliance
- Supporting local administrators
- Liaising with a variety of stakeholders
- Supporting teams to meet deadlines
- Sharing information and providing reports
Experience with either Access To Work or High Needs Funding processes is highly desirable.
