Join Our Team: Teacher of Welsh (Maternity Cover)
Are you passionate about the Welsh language and culture? Do you have a flair for teaching and a specialism in Welsh? We are seeking a dedicated Teacher of Welsh to join our team for a four-month maternity cover, starting from Monday, 2nd September until Friday, 24th January 2025. This is a part-time role, requiring your expertise on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8.30 am to 4 pm.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging Welsh lessons to students across various key stages:

Junior KS2: R11 (Year 6)

Senior KS3: R12, R13, R14 (Years 7-9)

Senior KS4: R15, & R16 (Years 10 & 11)

Develop lesson plans and curricula that reflect the WJEC specifications.

Foster a stimulating learning environment that nurtures the love for Welsh language and culture.
Ideal Candidate:
- A specialist in Welsh, not merely a Welsh speaker.
- Familiarity with the WJEC specifications is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of inspiring students and achieving educational outcomes.
