Telesales Executive

We are seeking a Telesales Executive to join our client on a temporary basis. The role involves meeting campaign targets, achieving effective call numbers, and ensuring accurate data capture. This position is ideal for someone with previous telesales experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Meet campaign targets in relation to the specific client brief.
- Achieve the number of effective calls required to maximise outputs and insights.
- Ensure all qualitative and quantitative data is captured and inputted accurately onto the CRM tool or the appropriate database provided.
- Align all commercial decisions and statements made during calls with the brief and company directives and policies.
- Provide contact and activity summary reports, including pharmacy insights and anecdotal feedback to support client review calls and meetings.
- Continually develop personal skill sets, such as effective communication and influencing skills, to enhance service provision and support personal development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous telesales experience, ideally within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Awareness of ABPI and/or an ABPI qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
- Ability to understand a wide range of products, categories, and therapy areas.
- Comfortable with fast and accurate data entry, with strong Excel skills.
- Proven track record of achieving set targets.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to present back findings and trends to support campaign improvements and client feedback.
- Accurate data capture on calls and completion of agreed records.
