Morgan McKinley are delighted to be supporting our global client based in Bath in the recruitment of a Head of Credit. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an industry leading business as they continue to grow and develop.
As Head of Credit, your focus will be on supporting future business growth through the development of a high performing credit function. You will be required to do 2 days a week in the office in either Bath or London.
Role responsibilities include:
- Ownership of the credit risk function
- Support Credit Managers to drive collections
- Working with internal stakeholders to achieve collection targets
- Supporting internal stakeholders with all debt related matters
- Continuous development of the credit control function
- Annual engagement with audiots
- Provide oversight of debtors globally
The ideal candidate:
- CICM qualified or equivalent
- Previous experience of leading credit control teams
- International business experience
- Excellent business partnering skills
- Comfortable working with external stakeholders
- Strong excel skills
- Interest and understand of credit risk analysis
- Professional service or construction experience - advantageous but not essential
The package
- Salary - £90,000 - £110,000 DOE + 10% car allowance
- Hybrid working - 2 days in the office and 3 from home. Bath or London office
