What's involved?
As the Sous Chef, you will lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef and ensure that the guests have an exceptional stay with good food being of paramount importance. You will be responsible for leading the kitchen team on shift, controlling the pass and keeping service flowing smoothly. As Sous Chef, you will also be responsible for orders and stock control and coaching the more junior chefs to always deliver excellent service.
