Project Administrator

Are you highly organised with excellent communication skills? If so, this Project Administrator opportunity may be the ideal role for you. Working on a fully remote basis, for a minimum 12 month contract, you will provide support to the project management team on project implementation to ensure the success of the project. You will liaise with customers and suppliers, support with logistics and book accommodation/travel as required.

Project Administrator key responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain accurate data for scheduling of resources
  • Provide desk top publishing support for the implementation team in bringing standard customer projects to the required content and collateral design, to a deliverable stage.
  • Support the implementation process through important logistical and contractual information for consultants
  • Secure relevant and appropriate accommodation and transport needs for consultants in delivering projects.
  • Provide support to the Online Learning Management System, from client requests and new digital implementation.
  • Ensure all delivery materials are ordered and fulfilled, in line with the project time-lines as defined by the Project Manager, maintaining the inventory management systems.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project success.

Project Administrator required skills:

  • Optimal mindset with a can do approach.
  • Good communication skills with both internal colleagues, customers and suppliers.
  • Good IT/database skills in using the systems
  • High levels of written and design accuracy
  • Strong desire and keen interest to constantly be learning
  • High attention to detail
