Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Project Manager to support client's spinoff of its kidney care business into a subsdiary. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, and labeling, ideally within the Pharma, Med Tech, or Med Device sectors. The successful candidate will work in a complex, regulated environment and will be pivotal in facilitating the transition across multiple divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teams on both client and subsidiary sides to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Manage project activities related to supply chain, labeling, and quality groups, developing and executing transition plans.
Navigate a complex matrix of activities and coordinate efforts across U.S. and European time zones.
Provide strategic insights and solutions to enhance project execution and address challenges.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in project management within a highly regulated manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Proven experience in Pharma, Med Tech, or Med Device industries is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with transition planning and execution in a multi-divisional context.
