Business Development Manager
£45,000 + Car + Bonus

Are you looking to work for a market leading business? A company that has established itself across the frozen, fresh and snacking channels who are looking to further develop their End user/QSR portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving growth across Foodservice, HORECA and QSR end users – seeking new business and accounts that align with the brand.
- Creating and implementing an effective sales strategy for your customers, owning the P&L and identifying areas of opportunity for growth
- Developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensuring output is geared towards achieving key business objectives
- Accountability for profit and loss for your specific business portfolio.
- Working closely with product management, marketing and NPD teams delivering compelling customer specific propositions on product development.
Key attributes:
- Experience and knowledge within the Food industry
- Knowledge of the foodservice channel – specifically end users and HORECA accounts
- Comfortable with presenting to national accounts and managing relationships
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Numbers driven, goal orientated, and sales motivated
- Highly organised and time efficient
The ideal candidate will have growth experience, increasing exposure / listings within current customers whilst driving new client acquisition within Foodservice, HORECA and QSR channels.
