We are seeking a dedicated and experienced KS1/KS2 Teacher and Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for a qualified teaching professional who is ready to take on a leadership position within our educational setting. The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a passion for fostering a positive learning environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils.
  • Lead and coordinate activities for KS1/KS2, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning are maintained.
  • Assess and record pupils' progress systematically and keep records to check work is understood and completed, monitor strengths and areas for development.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment and maintain discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and encourage good practice with regard to punctuality, behaviour, standards of work and homework.
  • Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by law, district policies and school regulations.
  • Participate in meetings, training and planning cooperatively with peers and other staff members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience as a KS1/KS2 Teacher with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum and current assessment practices.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and lead pupils and colleagues.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
