Mathnasium Trainee Centre Managers are dynamic, enthusiastic individuals, they possess the exceptional leadership, entrepreneurial and organisational skills needed to successfully operate a thriving learning centre. This will be achieved through proactive marketing, effective sales techniques, competent instructional leadership, empathetic parent communication, inspirational staff management and effective administration but most of all you must have a great rapport with your students.
You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training for six months. Following the successful completion of the training, you will transition into the role of a Centre Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing and create captivating campaigns at a local level
- Engage with the local community, network, build strong school and business relationships
- Present polished, compelling sales messages to parents, to create student enrolment
- Execute superior customer service, communicating student progress to parents regularly and confidently resulting in student retention
- Administer Mathnasium curriculum through accurate student assessment and diagnosis to monitor and ensure continued student progression and mastery
- Inspire and lead a team to deliver Mathnasium methodology
- To oversee staff induction, training and continuous professional development
- To maintain accurate data for reporting and analysis purposes
- To manage financial aspects of parent billing and payments
- Responsible for management of staff costs and centre costs
